Thanks so much to Philemon for a fantastic journey through northern Tanzania! My 10 - day safari included Arusha National Park, Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Crater
and Serengeti National Park and all arrangements were excellent!

I learned incredible information about not just the BIG FIVE but also giraffes, hippos, cheetahs and wildebeests. All in all it was a fantastic experience in Tanzania, with Aardvark Expedition, should be on everyone's travel list.

Philemon really made Tanzania come alive for me. His knowledge of the parks and animals is un supposed. He put together an excellent 10 day safari for me. Philemon has a genuine interest in his clients and their culture. He is also delighted to share his culture both - Tanzanian and Maasai.

If photography is your interest, choose Aardvark Expeditions to organize your Tanzania trips! I got the chance to photograph the "BIG FIVE" plus a none chance of catching a cheetah. Philemon knows the parks and he's is very patient
when it comes to accommodating the photograph's design. Most of the accommodation were excellent and Philemon did a wonderful job of customizing the safari to my needs. When I come for the mainseason, Aardvark Expeditions will be the first one I call.

Kilimanjaro – Uhuru Park ‘5895masl’

This was one of the most fantastic experiences of my life. I ended up taking the hardest path the arrow glacier and making it to the top. The path was hard, the air thinner as you went up, but every pain was well worth it. When you do something with love, passion, and a good reason, anything is possible.

I thought that all the people like Philemon, my guide frank and my two porters were wonderful. I could not have done it without their assistance, assurance and encouragement. If I were to come and do this all over again, I would definitely recommend Philemon. He organized everything so well I had no equipment with me because I hadn’t planned on this trip and suddenly time had cleared up for me.

As soon as I talked to Philemon and told him I wanted to leave within two days, he quickly organized everything and I was set up with warm clothes and other equipment. Philemon is excellent and highly recommended!

Dear Philemon,

Climbing up Mount Meru was defiantly a highlight of our African Journey …….
We’ve been on many Swiss mountains, they are all beautiful, but the way up to mount Meru is just brilliant … and if a Swiss couple is telling this, you have to believe?

The whole trip is even more beautiful with a good and responsible guide and this is exactly what we’d like to say about our guide Philemon. With his humor and open minded eyes you’ll get up to the top so easily ….

I mean, it’s still a hard way to go, but you’ll never think about giving up if you have good company, good friends around …. And as soon as you stand on the top of Meru, I promise you’ll experience one of the loveliest moments in your life!!!!

The moment we saw rising the sun up straight behind big brother of Meru, Kilimanjaro, we never ever gonna forget …..

And like we said before, Philemon is very caring person and if you choose him as a guide, nothing can go wrong!

Had a very enjoyable 2 days at lake Manyara National Park and Ngorongoro Crater we saw everything we could hope to I reckon and had beautiful accommodation at Marera Safari Lodge which was well appreciated after a long day. We had an absolutely fantastic trip with Philemon, Jumanne, Romani and Jalalla. Thanks to me all. In the four days we saw loads of animals more than we could have imagined and in Serengeti we achealiy saw all of these “big five” in one hour!!! Jumanne was a fantastic driver, so kind and friendly and he has the sharpest eyes for spotting animals he’s the best driver ever Romani did an excellent job cooking us delicious meals and spotting baby lions!! 2 DAYS SAFARI - LAKE MANYARA & NGORONGORO CRATER
Lake Manyara was beautiful & we saw most animals that lives there – It was a log day and Marera Safari Lodge was very comfortable place to stay – the stuff there are excellent.

Day 2 was Ngorongoro Crater which was amazing. Thanks to modest for being such a good driver and guide, and to Geoffrey for the nice food!

The climb up Mount Kilimanjaro was a success with a group of excellent staffs (guide. assistant guide, cook, porters).

We saw all big five during our safari! What more can we ask for this trip? An excellent job well done, Philemon! Really appreciate all you’ve done to make our trip a most enjoyable and memorable one indeed! No worries if you put us as references for your s clients.
