When and where to go?
Where to go on an African safari in January
- This “dry” month is perfect for a Chimpanzee and/or Gorilla Trek as part of an African safari in Uganda or Rwanda.
- The end of the rainy season is one of the best months to see Tanzania’s migrating wildebeest, zebra, and gnu, particularly near Tanzania’s southern Ndutu and Salei plains.
- The dry weather makes wildlife spotting much easier in the Maasai Mara which is a gorgeous safari in Kenya to go on.
Where to go on an African safari in January
