Deposit Policy

To confirm your booking, it is necessary to pay a deposit equal to 35% of the total tour cost at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 50 days prior to the scheduled commencement date of the safari tour. In situations where the booking is made less than 40 days before the start of the tour, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Please note that, regardless of any prior confirmation of arrangements, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel tour services if the required payments are not received in accordance with the stated terms and deadlines.

If the payment due date passes without receipt of the required amount, you will first be sent a courteous reminder regarding the outstanding payment. However, if the payment is still not received after this reminder, we retain the right to cancel your booking. In such a case, a cancellation fee amounting to 30% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your trip, you are kindly requested to inform us in writing via email at your earliest possible convenience. Please note that all cancellations will only be considered valid and effective from the date on which we receive your written cancellation request. The following cancellation policy and applicable charges will apply based on the timing of your cancellation:

For cancellations made up to 50 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total tour cost will be charged. For cancellations made between 50 days and 40 days before the day of arrival, a fee of 75% of the total amount will be applicable. In case of cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date, including cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Furthermore, please be advised that no refunds will be issued for any unused services, whether due to late arrival, early departure, or failure to show up for the tour as scheduled.

In case you may need to cancel your trip please notify us by email as your earliest convenience. Any cancellations shall be effective on the date that we received your cancellation request. The following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation up to 50 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the total amount.
Cancellation from 50 days to 40 days before the day of arrival: 75% of the total amount.
Cancellation from 40 days to the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount.
No refunds will be given for any unused services, late arrivals or no-shows.
